In case of doubt, we recommend choosing the larger size.
As the shoe is designed for long-term comfort, it may take a few days to break in. The shoe becomes pleasantly soft with wear and will be your remarkably comfortable everyday companion.
DURABLE & WEATHER–RESISTANT
Our Chelsea Boot has been developed with the aim of creating a classic and durable everyday shoe. From the sole to the leather selection, all materials are focused on long-term, comfortable wear. The upper leather is tanned in Germany and hydrophobized during the tanning process. Therefore, our Chelsea Boot reliably keeps the feet dry even in heavy rain.
HAPPY FEET
The lining leather is uncoated, allowing it to absorb a significant amount of moisture and keep your feet completely dry. This creates a healthy climate that prevents foot problems in the long run. The removable cork insole is antibacterial and prevents unpleasant odors.
BLAKE CONSTRUCTION
Our Chelsea Boot is crafted in a high-quality stitched Blake construction. It adapts to the foot with wear, becoming wonderfully soft and comfortable.

Materials& Production
UPPER LEATHER Terracare cow leather from Germany
The upper leather is mineral-tanned cowhide according to Terracare standard. Terracare® leather is made for demanding use. It is robust, low maintenance and offers very good breathability despite its high water resistance. The leather is produced as environmentally friendly as possible. This is ensured by minimised consumption of resources and a good recycling rate.
It is manufactured by the Heinen leather factory in Wegberg, one of the last fully integrated tanneries in Germany. Heinen has been producing since 1891 in the 4th generation and is a pioneer in sustainable leather production. The raw hides come from Germany and the immediate vicinity and can be traced transparently.

Handcrafted in Portugal
Our Chelsea Sneaker is produced in collaboration with a family-owned business specializing in crafting high-quality shoes since 1972. The workshop is located near Porto in northern Portugal and currently employs around 50 staff members.
Insole made in Portugal
The cork insole is a natural product made from a renewable resource. It molds to the shape of the foot over time, providing a comfortable step. Cork can effectively absorb moisture, is free from harmful substances, and supports a healthy foot climate. In winter, it also provides insulation and effective protection against cold. Cork bark is harvested from the cork oak tree, native to Portugal.
LINING LEATHER Biocouro from Portugal
The lining leather is made from a biodegradable, synthetically tanned cowhide from Portugal, known as Biocouro. The tannery was established in the 90s and is a pioneer in sustainable tanning processes and water treatment in Portugal. It is located about 30 km north of Porto.
The fully integrated tanning process in Europe ensures fair working conditions, controlled use of chemicals and wastewater, and short transportation distances. We only use raw hides that are a byproduct of the food industry.
