COMPACT & FUNCTIONAL
The Pocket Wallet Zip was developed to combine the smallest possible format with maximum functionality and a pleasant feel. After countless designs and prototypes, we finally ended up with our pocket wallet, which is now one of our absolute bestsellers.
MORE BEAUTIFUL EACH DAY
It is made from finest vegetable tanned cowhide called Vacchetta, which is tanned by hand according to a centuries-old tradition, and finished with a blend of natural waxes and oils. As a result, it gradually darkens over time, becomes more and more supple with use and develops its individual patina.
UP TO 10 BANKCARDS & BUSINESSCARDS
Leather stretches, so the front compartment of our Pocket Wallet Zip can hold between 4 and 10 cards comfortably. Under the coin compartment is another card compartment which is best suited for soft cards such as business cards.
SEPARATE BILL COMPARTMENT
A separate compartment offers space for banknotes, receipts, parking tickets and the likes. Thanks to the seam at the bottom edge, all content is held securely in the compartment and does not slip out unintentionally. To keep the format as compact as possible, the note compartment is tailored to the 20 Euro note. From the 50 Euro note onward, bills are simply folded in half to fit comfortably.
COIN COMPARTMENT WITH ZIP
The coin compartment is accessible even when the wallet is folded. As a result, you use it more often and accumulate less coins, which in practice leads to a slimmer, lighter wallet.

Materials& Production
Leather Vacchetta from Italy
Vacchetta is a unique form of vegetable tanned cow leather.
It is tanned manually in a barrel with (an extract of) oak rind and chestnuts according to a centuries old tradition, dyed naturally, and finished with a blend of natural waxes and oils.
This gentle process ensures the leather retains many of its original properties, gains in suppleness with use, darkens when exposed to UV light, and develops a distinct patina.
We source our leather from a tannery founded in the 1970s in Santa Croce sull'Arno, Tuscany. We only use European raw hides, which are a by-product of the food industry.

Handmade in Croatia
The Pocket Wallet Zip is manufactured in the North of Croatia in cooperation with a small family business which has specialised in the production of high-end bags and leather goods for decades. The workshop is located near Varazdin, about 3.5 hours drive from Vienna, and currently employs around 15 artisans.
ZIPP YKK Excella from Italy
Excella is the premium brand by well-known zip-veteran YKK, made exclusively in Italy. Each individual tooth is polished before it is attached to the chain to ensure it runs smoothly and to avoid scratching when touched.
Cleaning& Care
Our leather is greased in the tannery and perfectly prepared for use. Daily handling ensures the wallet is automatically oiled by our hands and requires no further care.
MORE BEAUTIFUL EACH DAY
Uncoated leather develops a distinct patina over time. The lighter the initial colour, the stronger the development of patina. Scratches and stains are part of the process and will cease to stand out after very little time as they blend in with the rest. This natural ageing process makes un-laminated leather very robust, durable and easy to handle.
