Shipping & Returns

For packaging & shipping, we charge the actual shipping costs incurred:
- within Austria EUR 5.26,-
- to Germany EUR 8.68,-
- to all other EU countries a flat rate of EUR 11,-

Our Webship is currently only open within the EU. If you would like to place an order outside of the European Union, please email us at info@glein.wien, and we will send you an invoice with a request for advance payment.

We offer a 30-day return policy without the need for any specific reasons. To initiate a return, please send the unused merchandise securely packaged to:

Once the returned merchandise has been received by us, we will refund the amount, including the flat-rate shipping fee, to the original payment method.
